FAQ

Common questions.

What does the AI do?

It reads your assessment and writes your doctor a summary. It sums up each check-in, can put your doctor's notes in plainer words using your record, and answers quick questions in the chat on your page. It doesn't make decisions. A clinical protocol works out each suggested next step, and your doctor decides every one.

What does it cost?

The assessment and your doctor's review of your answers are free. A call with your doctor costs money if they're out of network with your insurance, and you see the price before you book; if they're in network, it's covered. The platform fee is $39 a month, self-pay, charged only while you're on treatment. No contract.

Is a real doctor involved?

Yes. A licensed doctor reviews every case and makes every decision, and you get it in writing.

How long does it take?

The assessment takes about ten minutes. Your doctor decides, usually within a day.

Will I get a prescription?

Your doctor decides. If treatment is right for you, they prescribe it, and you get the decision in writing.

Do I need a diagnosis already?

No. If you have one, tell us in the assessment. If you don't, your doctor reviews your answers and decides what makes sense.

What if it's not right for me?

Your doctor decides what's right for you, and you get the decision in writing. If something changes between check-ins, you can check in early.

Are you licensed in my state?

Your doctor has to be licensed in your state, so we ask first.

Who sees my answers?

The clinicians who review your case. We don't sell your data. We do use it to train our AI.
