Build your practice. Focus on your patients.
Explore independent clinical practice opportunities supported by VirtualCare AI's technology and administrative infrastructure.
A partnership is not a job. It is a conversation about owning or running a practice of your own.
How the model works
A clear line between the practice, which provides the care, and the company that supports it.
- The practice is yours
- Each clinical practice is independently owned and controlled by eligible licensed clinicians. VirtualCare AI does not own it.
- We support the business side
- VirtualCare AI supports the practice's administrative and operational work through a management services agreement.
- Clinical judgment stays with you
- You keep independent professional judgment, and responsibility for the care of your patients. VirtualCare AI does not practise medicine.
- Technology and operations can be supported
- Technology, scheduling, workflows and some business operations can be supported by VirtualCare AI as the management services company.
- State law sets what is possible
- Who may own a practice, and how it must run, depends on state law and on the arrangement. We would work through what applies to you before anything is agreed.
Support that can be arranged
What a management services agreement covers is agreed with each practice. None of it is promised in advance.
- Telehealth technology for seeing patients by video
- Administrative workflows
- Scheduling
- Support with reaching patients
- Tools for following patients between visits
- Day-to-day operational help
- Help coordinating the steps to launch a practice
What depends on state law
Every arrangement starts from what your licences and your states allow.
- Some states limit which clinicians may own a clinical practice, or how it must be organised.
- Some states ask a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant to work with a collaborating or supervising physician. A partnership does not change what your state asks.
- Whether you are eligible depends on your licences, the states where the practice would see patients, and the arrangement.
- This is not a job offer, and it promises no referrals, patient volume, revenue or earnings.
How it works
From a first inquiry to an agreement, at a pace that suits you. You can stop at any point.
- You send an inquiryA short form about you, your licences and what you have in mind.
- Qualification reviewWe look at your licences, the states you named and the kind of practice you have in mind.
- An initial callA conversation about your goals, how the model works and what your states require.
- Structure reviewIf both sides want to go on, we work through how the practice would be owned and run, and what an agreement would cover.
- DocumentationAgreements are drafted and signed only when both sides are ready. Nothing is final before then.
